Most of our work starts the same way: someone has a question they suspect is really about where. We handle the whole arc — the data, the method, the map, and the plain-English “so what.” Here is what we do, and how we do it.
Fractional CTO / CDO
Sometimes you don’t need another analyst — you need someone who has built the whole thing before to sit in the room and make the calls. We embed as fractional technical and data leadership: setting strategy, choosing architecture, vetting hires, and laying the pipes, then handing you something your own team can run.
Spatial Intelligence
Where to open, who to reach, which line to draw. We turn location data into decisions — building the boundaries and models that don’t exist yet (precincts, districts, service areas, sales turf), then interrogating them until they answer a real question. The map is how we get there; the decision is the point.
Polling & Research
We cut our teeth in political polling and focus groups — the highest-stakes, fastest-feedback research environment there is. That discipline travels. The same methods that find a persuadable voter will find your undecided customer or tell you which message actually moves people, before you spend a dollar amplifying it.
Political Financial Analysis
Money leaves a trail, and the trail is public — if you can wrangle it. We work across federal, state and local campaign-finance records at once, resolving the same donors, committees and vendors into single entities even when every jurisdiction files them differently. Then we match that resolved money-graph to your BI lists or voterfiles. It is the engine behind elect.info, our own project.

Data Engineering at Every Scale
A single spreadsheet doesn’t need a cluster, and a billion rows won’t fit in one. We match the tooling to the size of the problem and do the unglamorous work of cleaning, geocoding, and plumbing that makes everything upstream trustworthy.
Software Engineering
Sometimes the deliverable isn’t a report — it’s working software. We design and build the applications, dashboards, and APIs that put your data to work. elect.info and our Ballista redistricting platform are ours end to end.
GIS Training / Implementation
Proprietary GIS licenses are expensive, and they keep the expertise on someone else’s payroll. We stand up the open-source stack we use ourselves and train your team to run it — so the capability lives with you, not on a subscription you renew every year.
